Creative Space opened in 2006 to support the growing number of creative businesses in the area. We're a specialist resource centre set up to assist all creative businesses. Our support is free and is offered from initial setting up through to expansion and long term sustainability.
We aim to help you with any information that can assist your business towards profitability, and to be a link to other expertise in the region. For example, you may need help in setting up a website, or want to export overseas, or need a marketing expert to analyse your progress.
The borough has a vibrant creative sector but we have found that many people who are self-employed work in isolation. Through us you can meet other like-minded business owners, industry specialists and potential clients.
Since Creative Space opened its doors, we have worked with and supported a diverse range of businesses, from fashion designers, film and video companies to web designers and visual artists.
